Support
One person builds this, and that person answers the mail. There is no ticket system and no chatbot.
Getting in touch
support@champignon.app
What helps, if it's a bug: what you were doing, what happened, what you expected instead, and the iOS version. Please don't send screenshots containing your household's tasks unless they're the point — the app is built so that nobody outside your phone sees that, and a support email is a poor place to start.
Expect a human reply, not immediately.
Where the app is
Nearly ready to test, not yet released. The model and the task library are finished and published on this site. The app is built and is being checked before its first testers.
There is no waiting list. When there is something to install, this page and the front page will say so.
Known gaps, stated in advance
These are design decisions rather than oversights, and they are the ones most likely to prompt an email:
- No sync between two phones. Version one is one shared device. Two people scoring independently and comparing is the single thing we most want to build next, and it is also the thing that would bring accounts and a server with it, so it is not being rushed.
- No history. The app shows where you are now, not a trend. A check-in loop would need to earn its place; an app that regularly asks you to come back and re-score is the failure mode of this entire category.
- No cloud backup. Losing the phone loses the data. A real backup is on the list.
- No reminders, no notifications, no to-do list. By design — see the FAQ.
- English first, French next. The interface, the 402 task names and the group labels are all being translated rather than machine-translated, which takes longer and is worth it.
Something wrong in the library?
That is not support, it is contribution, and it is welcome.
